Everything you need to know about your Multi Super Loyalty Card

How do I get a Loyalty Card? +
Visit any Multi Super branch and ask a cashier to register your phone number. You can also sign up online through the Sign Up page on this website. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.
How do I earn points? +
You earn 1 point for every Rs. 10 spent at any Multi Super branch. Points are added to your account automatically when you give your phone number at the cashier.
What are the loyalty tiers? +
Bronze: 0 - 4,999 points
Silver: 5,000 - 14,999 points – 3% bonus on selected items
Gold: 15,000 - 29,999 points – 5% bonus + priority offers
Platinum: 30,000+ points – 8% bonus + exclusive deals
Can I use my card at all branches? +
Yes. Your Multi Super Loyalty Card works at all 6 branches – Akurana 7MP, Akurana 6MP, Katugastota, Warakamura, Mallawapitiya, and Wattala. Your points are combined across all branches.
How do I check my points balance? +
Sign in to your account on this website to see your full points balance, tier level, and transaction history. You can also check your balance on the homepage by entering your phone number in the loyalty check strip.
Do points expire? +
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. Points expire if there is no purchase activity on your account for 12 consecutive months.
